Return and Refund policy

Due to the nature of books and printed materials, returns or refunds are only accepted in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video of the product. Share the video on our whatsapp number. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
